Health & Safety Plan

As part of our commitment to achieving the principles of health and safety in our workplace, we recognize our moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment for workers, contractors, customers, visitors, and the people who live and work close to our projects. This commitment also extends to ensuring that our operations and activities do not place the local community or environment at risk of injury, illness, or damage. Our Zero Tolerance Safety Policy supports and reinforces our goal of creating a work environment in which we have Zero Unsafe Behaviors and Conditions which will result in Zero Accidents and Injuries. We foster a Health and Safety culture across our sites and believe that it is the responsibility of everyone from Senior Management to our site Workers to try to eliminate accidents from our workplaces. Our HSE practices include Ongoing training for all employees and subcontractors to make sure they can carry out their work safely;
provide Comprehensive written Health & Safety Program binder on all job sites, procedures, and instructions to ensure safe work practices,
provide support and assistance to workers and involve them in consultation on safety issues.
All staff are proactive in continually monitoring and reporting any new hazards so that accidents can be avoided;
Senior Management frequently visits project sites to speak to workers about HSE and Welfare requirements, ensuring that resources are available to implement the Health and Safety policy fully;
We implement a risk-based approach in the planning and operation of our projects, seeking ways to eliminate accidents, injury, and illnesses, reduce the use of energy and minimize material wastage to prevent pollution.
We hold in high regard the Health, Safety, and welfare of all our employees. We firmly believe that every employee is entitled to work under the safest possible conditions. We believe that safety supersedes schedule, cost, or circumstance. All possible efforts will be taken in the interest of accident prevention, fire protection, and health continuation in all our work sites, workshops, and projects.
