Quality Management

The basis of the success of our business is our philosophy of providing the best service possible. To that end, Dubai MCC has committed to a quality policy to ensure that its services fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times.
Dubai MCC sees the projects we work on as much more than just a reflection of our clients’ business-they’re real-world representations of the quality work. we do. That’s why every project-no matter how large or small or complex-is treated with same top-level commitment to quality
We believe in achieving quality by making informed decisions based on subject matter expertise and facts, identifying issues before they occur, correcting non-conformance promptly when they are identified, and motivating every person in the company to “do it right first time every time”
Our corporate Quality Assurance manual provides detailed processes and procedures for guidance and monitoring. Quality assurance plans are adapted and implemented on each individual project, covering all aspects of work in order to deliver a level of quality that consistently conforms to contract and statutory requirements. This ensures integration within the company’s QA system and allows for greater control in implementation.
QA plans generally include the following:

  • Project organization structures
  • Coordination and operational processes and procedures
  • Authority and responsibility matrices
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Our Quality Management System and Quality Policy will be continually reviewed and enhanced to keep them current and relevant as part of Dubai MCC strategic Commitment to Continuous Improvement of the processes and procedures of our business.

In order to achieve this, Dubai MCC shall:

  • provide the processes, tools, training, and expertise to engrain the early identification and timely resolution of quality issues while capturing lessons learned and best practices.
  • develop our people within the organization to embrace a culture of safety and quality.
  • Plan for professional performance in accordance with the most sophisticated international quality standards and standard specifications.
  • Provide the most sophisticated standards of vocational safety and health in implementing projects.
    remove wasted and non-value-added steps and time in our processes where feasible.
  • Identify and meet the needs of our success partners who own various projects, Maintain close contact with customers throughout all processes.
  • Provide benefits to public society.
